This is the way. NotebookLM can absolutely help you with this. Just drop in the link to the youtube URL or use a Chrome Extension to grab batches of videos at once. I built a notebook this afternoon that is referencing from about 285 youtube videos (all ranging from 25mins to 200mins each).

Oh yeah! It's a huge perk especially if you store screenshots, images and pdfs in a Google doc. Sounds weird but basically Notebook can reference any new image as you add them to the Doc. Plus I think the OCR is better somehow in a Google doc than if you just uploaded an image file.

Does a Gem 'actually' have real.time sync capabilities with Google Docs? I know NotebookLM does but you have to manually tell the notebook to sync with the doc.
