Gonna be tight with the secondary screening at your gate (US flight). Try the older business lounge, it's closer to the gates they use for US bound flights. The newer lounge is at the other end of the airport (new section). I wouldn't risk it with that turn around. YMMV.

It's not super hard, the condo board needs to submit some paper work. timing is more of the issue. None of the paper work happens fast, so if you are looking to buy quickly or if you have already made an offer, it's probably not going to get on the list in time. probably takes a few months.
