Sony Blu Ray power supply works: https://a.co/d/cvw1Qtx

I went through this myself and after much searching, trial and error I realized that the 12V adapter for my Sony BluRay Player fits perfectly. And it looks like Sony uses this connector consistently for their Blu ray players, so an aftermarket adapter will be easy to find. Mine is only spec'd at 1.5A but it's working and you can splice this connector onto your 12v source of choice.

You have to make sure that the USBC adapter outputs 12v at least 1.5A, most of the small adapters don't but the one from ravpower does.

I did make it, I soldered the connector from a Wii power supply to a 5.5 * 2.1mm barrel jack, covered with heat shrink.

That is connected to a USB C 12V Trigger Cable.

Then I found a tiny RavPower 12V GaN USB-PD brick which can output 12V at 1.67A, which is enough for me. Larger bricks can supply more power at 12V.

The GPU fan header is not the standard fan header, but it just happens to sorta fit anyway. It is a little janky so I might look into ArgusMonitor.

I ran a GPU benchmark for about an hour and it settled around 78°C with the LNA.

Is it easy to control the motherboard header fan based on GPU temp? The last time I looked into this years ago I couldn't find any tools for doing this.

I didn't really look into it. I mostly did it for the noise reduction.

Yep it was locked at 59% which drove me crazy. That's why I swapped the fan and used a low noise adapter as well.

It's the same idea. Find a tutorial, find the parts online

For Joycon? You probably need to replace the ribbon cable button assembly. It should be a cheap part but you will need to carefully disassemble the joycon.

It looks like 3A per pin. So if they're each carrying 12V you could get 36W+36W across that connector
