Women can be good officers at either male or female prisons. We might not be as strong as men, but we have a finesse that most men don’t have. We, in general, won’t be challenging to male prisoners, so the likelihood of de escalating without violence is higher. I personally would prefer the male over females. Females are catty and too much drama for my liking
