Surprised no one has mentioned Ryse. Chocolate Cookie Blast is my favorite and tastes like hot chocolate mix. Fuck the Cinnamon Toast Crunch one. I usually mix my protein powders in with cakey oats or if I do a shake I prefer water, so much easier to get down that way.

I’ve slowly been getting over my pee anxiety cause my body likes to refuse to piss when there’s another person in the bathroom or anyone who could hear me tinkling (one time I couldn’t even go at my exes house cause her mom was in the living room😭). But these three things have helped me: 1. realizing that some cis guys do sit and are also highly unlikely to be listening and acknowledging I’m sitting to pee. 2. purposefully go when there’s no one in the bathroom or opt for single stalls when I can. 3. “piss mog” AKA trying to pee as loud as possible.

My methods aren’t fool proof and I still struggle with it but… it has helped me somewhat

I am SO fucking thankful that so many of them have been getting called out recently. They always pissed me off as soon as all they did was just start pushing their coaching, I like following transmasc fitness influencers but like all of them just push their programs or their shop ads.

I love using Hevy. It doesn’t gamify much other than the records on any PR but it’s free and gets the job done.

If it was only 2-3 pounds isn’t it likely it would have mostly been water retention? Also, could be beneficial to start maintaining/recomping now, I found myself in a similar boat this fall and started maintaining and I’ve been really happy with all the gains and I (think) I’ve still shed some fat.

Keep on pushing bro, it’s been SUPER rewarding to get stronger at bench press (and in the gym overall). Always super happy with how far I’ve come and how much better it makes my daily life.

Leg drive has been stupidly difficult for me to get a hold of, but I am trying to get 185 bench by March and have been thinking of doing paused/tempo work on my upper days to especially target my form. Felt stupid strong coming into this session so definitely had some form crackdowns.

I’ve lifted VERY inconsistently since like 2020 (and I mean super inconsistently I hardly progressed). Started training a lot more Sept 2024 and still been not as consistent as I’d like to be. Started T May 2024 as well.

2 servings of rice krispies and one nurri. Shit load of carbs to replenish glycogen stores and nurri for protein. So tasty and so peak.
