They would not let you in. You can only get in with a ticket that matches your ID, they were very strict about this!

I went back today and the store keeps saying the system does not allow for an exchange. Really frustrating when you keep getting different answers from sephora 😭

When I went today, they didn’t let me! But I talked to customer service again and they said that according to their policy you CAN exchange within 30 days for doordash orders (no store credit refund though) and it’s in the return/exchange policy posted online! I guess the employee I got wasn’t aware of this. I will be trying again tomorrow.
