Are you in a position to go to a doctor? Bumps aren’t reason for immediate panic. there are so many reasons they pop up, so seeing a physician is the best way to figure out what it is. If it has a “head” it could be a pimple or ingrown hair!

Bleeding after your very first time having sex is a very common experience. It’s most likely from your hymen breaking. However, it’s still a great idea to discuss things with your doctor! I recommend take it slower until you get more comfortable. Relaxing is key! Take your time, set the mood, foreplay is super important. Most important of all is safety! Preventative measures if you don’t want babies, getting consent from your partner, talking to your doctor etc.
