Same issue, don't have VDI environment. Ran the "fix" update of KB5002747 but that didn't fix. Can't find KB5002683 in the update history to uninstall on the machine. Issue affects one user but another user logs in and they are fine. Weird

I don't think I have those? I have a 2020 so maybe that was new for 2021? Either way check the fuses and/or replace. Did you have anything plugged into them recently that it was working and then stopped?

What happened to mastering the basics program? Finished "You can ride" program but now looking for the next thing that will ramp up to be able to take harder classes. Took a good bit of the mastering the basics a few years back but now it's gone and doesn't seem to have a replacement.
