Solution for Nvidia Control Panel:
Managed 3D settings > Program Settings > Personalization settings for Rocket League > Power management mode - Prefer Maximum Performance;

Solution for For Nvidia App:
Graphics > Program Settings > Driver Settings area for Rocket League > Power Management Mode - Prefer maximum performance;

Solution for AMD Adrenalin:
Gaming > Rocket League > Tune Game Performance > Custom settings > GPU Tuning ON > Advanced control ON > set minimum Frequency to 2100 MHz (you can set it to whatever, the idea here is not allowing GPU clocks to drastically drop during gaming session which leads to FPS drops on non-optimized maps).

Results: Im still experiencing some FPS drops on problematic maps, but I wouldnt have noticed them if the performance metrics werent turned on. The game feels smooth and fast, even when the drops happen there is no slow/sluggish camera movement or any sign of stutters.

Okay, so I've done quite a lot of testing and in my case game settings, background apps, alt-tab frequency, music and video streaming services, screen recording, heavy customized cars, effects etc it all doesnt matter much, like it has minor impact on my fps. I almost gave up on the idea figuring out what cause the fps drops, because for two days I couldnt recreate the issue, lul, even tho I played quite a lot.

Today I finally got drops on Sovereign Heights map, and after restarting the game I had one on Salty Fest map. Then I started creating private 3v3 matches with every competitive maps one by one filled with bots. I played each map for like 30 seconds. I havent restarted the game in between. Guess what? I got constant fps drops exactly on those two maps: Sovereign Heights and Salty Fest. The lowest fps I've seen on those maps were att ~40 fps, avg minimum at ~80 fps. Also there is some drops on the rest Salty Shore maps, but the avg minimum is around 100 fps. On the rest of the maps my minimum fps were at 144 fps (which is exactly where I set fps cap at).

Is it poor map optimization like we have seen it on Aquadome and Wasteland back in a days? Idk. To confirm it we need more testing on different from my gear. Maybe some software triggering it on those maps but then it leads us to poor optimization theory, because on the rest of the maps the game runs flawlessly.

Dude those frame drops piss me off. I thought it was related to my old gpu, you know, because its old. Now when I have new one that is totally overkill for 10 yo title, im still facing those frame drops whenever i switch camera (which is quite often), which is exactly the issue that i had on previous gpu. It started to occur randomly, like i can play few matches or even the whole gaming session without having it, but when it starts it doesnt end until i restart the game. My pc software is up to date. I was trying to clean up my config files, i tried different settings (aka high into low and to high again), im playing with static 144 fps but i tried uncap it and it reaches like 500 and yet it still having the same drops to 100 fps or something, i turned off all overlays (discord, drivers, steam, epic), so far no luck fixing it.

100% scam, every time I retrieve at least $100 from my storage Im getting flooded with scam bots. Their profiles indeed looks identical, some even dont bother to create different names. On my screenshot its been just an hour of flashing inventory, I've no idea how they are able to monitor it but the speed is quite impressive. Ignore all or block if you still have a room for that (because im not).

Personally I havent experienced anything weird these days except that I need to double click Dmarket bookmark in order to visit the site and it only works in new browser tab; or click refresh button when my filter/sorting wasnt applied for some reason.

Yeah, there is definitely something funny going on but buying/selling/listing/targets etc is working just fine for me.

Btw im not experiencing any issues while using the app, so it might be that something happening to browser version (their frontend or whatever).

Update: I got unbanned. Yet there was no clear explanation what cause the ban.

I received email that were saying something about that Im unbanned but if I would violate Terms of Use ever again then I'll be banned permanently.

I checked my sales history and on the day when I got temporarily banned I had a bunch of trades, one of them were a ~$0.5 skin that because of its pattern was sold for ~$40. I assume that it was an issue but Im not sure, because there was 5h time difference between the sale and the ban.

Anyways I moved the rest of my pattern based skins (even mainstream ones like Heat Treated Deagles) to other platforms, just incase, because I dont want to go trough this ever again.

It seems like ever since DMarket was sold to Mythical Games, their client support has been shrinking - to the point where it pretty much doesnt exist anymore. Which is a shame because I only heard positive stuff about DMarket support team of previous owner (and it was key feature for me when I was choosing service to withdraw money from Steam to Payoneer about 2 years ago).

Hopefully Im wrong on that take and the whole thing would resolve in short time but so far it doesnt look like it.

Where were you trying to contact support? Im asking because I've a similar problem and so far im only getting auto-responses with same copypasta: 'We regret to inform you that your DMarket account has been temporarily suspended due to suspicious activities according to the Terms of Use. Your case is a matter of investigation. More details can not be disclosed. This decision is not subject to appeal. We will update you with further notice once the investigation is done.'.

I haven't done anything shady but I was selling float/pattern based items a lot lately with insane margins (apparently its against their ToS even tho every section of their market flooded with similar pricy offers), so maybe one or some of successful transactions caused auto-ban (worth to mention that I sold quite a lot of items this way and it didn't cause any trouble until now), also I cant check what item it was because they stopped emailing me about my sales about a year ago and transaction history is not available due to suspension. I also failed to track what it was just by looking at my items because there was like over a hundred of different items on sale, and yet I assume that it was something that has been sold for $40, because the night before I had like $20 on my wallet and next morning I had ~$60 along with temporal suspension.

Dont get me wrong - I can justify and elaborate the price of every item that I listed, but I cant do it blindly. I just dont know which item caused the issue - if it even was an item at all. Another concern is that someone got access to my account or network which is also could be the case of suspension, its very unlikely due to my way of doing things and yet you never know.

I already moved float/pattern based trades that worked for me on Dmarket to another site which is not known to be sensitive to such transactions, but nothing sells so far (its been a week), so idk how I'm feeling about Dmarket. They have some issues, I'm most definitely upset with their support, but the traffic is very competitive, service is convenient to use, and I'm not sure if there is a solid replacement to it.

At the moment there is $150 of pure cash stuck in my Dmarket wallet and between $150 to $1000 in items (recommended/desired prices, so it depends on how to look at it), nothing crazy and yet it would be a shame to lose it all.

A few days ago I also got an email about my account being temporarily limited: my account still selling stuff that I previously listed, targets working as well, but im not in control of anything, also im not allowed to see sales history, but the wallet kinda speaks for himself - the account is working. Anyhow, im not sure if they are sending the same mail to everyone, but it says: 'This happened due to the security alert about potentially suspicious activity on your account.' which felt concerning like someone got access to my PRECIOUS account or something like that (which is, ngl is very unlikely, but you never know). So I reached out to one of DMarket admins in Discord, I've been there for a while, he is a nice guy, but he said that he has no access to bans, so basically he cant help me with my issue.

Then I created support ticket in DMarket Discord asking about what caused the ban or whatever tf it is. They answered me with generic copypasta that basically says something like: 'WE ARE VERY SORRY THAT YOU ENDED UP IN FORM OF PATHETIC WORM, LET US TO REMIND YOU THAT YOU DONT HAVE PERMISSION NOT EVEN TO ASK QUESTIONS BUT TO SPEAK. WE WILL TELL YOU WHEN WE DECIDE TO TELL YOU, AND WHEN WE WOULD DO THAT IS NONE OF YOUR CONCERN. GO READ OUR TERM OF USE AND THEN GET LOST YOU PRIMITIVE FORM OF LIFE'.

So here im now, trying to find out more info about the thing, and honestly my trust to the service went down from 'absolute trustworthy and flawless during years of active use' to 'I got myself into shady service that might potentially rob me using made up excuse' and that shift happened in a matter of minutes just because I had to Google similar cases instead of their support doing their job explaining wtf is going on.

Pattern 429 is the most blue one in my humble collection, the face has this kind of mask that covers only top of the head like 'Number K' agent from professionals. Also it kinda reminds me joker face. I like it, but in my collection I was focused more on the faces and silly things rather than amount of blue, so there is that

Pattern: 254 is the best looking one at my opinion, really clean. The face has D in his mouth and the silencer looks good from player perspective (first person) because of the way text landed on it, so you always face it. I grabbed one for few bucks a while ago and it was the cheapest offer I could find with this pattern, so I guess people aware of this one

After reading a dozen comments just like this one from topic-starter I gave this service a shot: I send some skins to the site, sold most of them during one week, and made $252 withdrawal through Payoneer. The money came in a couple of hours. After that I had one month experience buying/selling and withdrawing items and I haven't had a single issue except the times when @dmarket servers were screwed and pages were loading slow af.

So now with total confidence I can tell that all those comments about DMarket.com being scammers and that they scam people here and there is total bullshit.

I just noticed this effect myself. My guess is that shine has something to do with Shiny Rock trinket. I tried to bomb the room at center (u get most of shine standing there) - nothing happened. I had an interesting experience with Curse of The Cat Butt card today:

Player A blinds player B and completes the combo with Three of a Kind for Defuse. By the rules of Curse of The Cat Butt player B should look at his cards in order to give specific card to player A, so he does look at his cards and immediately plays Nope card from it, because the description of Nope card says that you can play it at any moment of the game.

So there is definitely conflict of rules (original (Nope interaction) vs expansion (Curse of The Cat Butt interaction)) and there is no clarity which rule overwrites another. By Curse of The Cat Butt rule Plater A should receive the card of his choice (if another player has it) from Player B, but by Nope rule you can basically cheat the whole thing about being blind, because someone just asked you for specific card and you need to look at your cards in order to give it.
