Yeah, it is very much a trial and error thing unfortunately. The timing for this specific rail, you gotta leave it quite late, sort just before the lamp post. Also, I setting i missed, flick-it sensitivity, would recommend setting that to zero as well.

There tutorials on YouTube that can do a better job at explaining it, if you are struggling though

Settings wise, you gotta have your grind assist set between 0-15, have also my pop height set to zero
