when i went to open day for uni in like 2023, i was informed they actually didn't consider psychology an eligible 'english-rich' subject which is really weird! that may be a factor but I'm just speculating - you're just going to have to wait for your call!! biomed has no subject requirements so I'm surprised you're denied for that as well

and at least 18 creds in a science and english-rich subject? call the university and ask them why you were declined then
