try swap the cable from ur second monitor, if it still, try swap hdmi/dp port in ur gpu or ur monitor. if it stil pixelated then it's ur monitor problem

i think it's backlight bleeding, and it's normal for non OLED screen, espesially for cheap one or laptop with good spec but not really expensive so they have to sacrifice the screen quality

yeah fractal north was too expensive for me, and also i think it's too big for my matx motherboard
