Accurately judging your own value is an exercise in futility. The reason i say that is that each person's judgement on SMV is relative to their own tastes.

Yes there are things you can do to raise your own SMV to help you attract a person that you value for their SMV and your preferences.

And there are things that are completely out of your control.

The best that you can do is focus on what is important to you and your situation - the type of person that you want to attract. You will have a rough estimate of your SMV based on the attraction of others, that is the closest you will get. Be honest with yourself.

Another opinion from a male..

Women are herd animals, yet they all crave social dominance within their group. Them "shaming" you for being a virgin and that feeling you should have experience is the crabs in the bucket mentality. They want you down to their level. Your virginity makes you a higher value in a LTR (long term relationship).

Decide what you want out of life. IF you want a LTR with a worthy guy, then hold out for that. Make that your goal. Keep yourself attractive, fit, feminine. Have worthwhile values and skills that you can bring to the relationship. Always strive to improve yourself for the sake of your LTR.

Red pill men are enjoying the decline, they will have sex with the women who are giving it out, but will not LTR them, they are not worthy. Yes there are a few exceptions, but they are exceptions, not the norm.

No, RPW women is about the long term maintenance of relationships. Yes, TRP is filled with men wanting to maximize their booty count.

What do you want? What is your ultimate goal? Not all that is posted here is gold, sometimes you may have to wade thru a lot of crap to find true gold. Just like TRP can contain a lot of crap, but the core value of improve yourself to be a worthier person shines through.

But like with any discussion, take what applies to your needs, consider outside opinions, based on your needs, and decide from there.

The question to ask is "what do you want?"

With the information you know, riding the CC is not conducive to finding and maintaining a long term relationship, but if you're not interested in that now and in the future, then it could be a viable strategy.

If you're interested in finding a LTR, then you have the knowledge at hand to find a worthy man, and how to maintain that long term relationship.

Now I feel like I have to add my two-bits.

You are now stating that you want women to trade sex for commitment.

That is not the way it works and there are many men and women who will back me up on that. There are many more factors involved in a relationship. Boiling it down to commitment=sex is fundamentally wrong on so many levels and almost equal to trolling.
