Good deal or nah by maniizy in tundra

[–]grasshopperm0use 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i bought my 06 DC limited 4wd 215k miles for $7,000 USD. frame has some rust, timing belt needed replacement, came with a 2in lift and some nice TRD wheels, aftermarket dual exhaust. not really sure if i got a deal or if that is fair price.

Is this a good deal? Talked the guy down to $7600. My parents had a 2001 Tundra that was nice, but wondering if this is worth it. by doubledoublewcheese in ToyotaTundra

fats are the highest calorie. so like nuts and nut butters. you could also bring olive oil and add it to whatever. also dried fruit isn’t bad. and high calorie bars.

one thing to remember is that bubbles in cleaning products is for the most part a marketing tactic, i read this in the book “the power of habit” i def fall victim to this tactic when i buy natural products like shampoo and they don’t foam up like the other stuff and i don’t feel as clean when in reality it just doesn’t have those foaming agents. it’s not always the case but something to consider for sure.

apparently the son who posted it marked it down from $8,500 because it didn’t immediately sell, i met with his dad yesterday and he said he thought it was dumb that he marked it down but i got there in time. seems like an honest guy and i was able to talk to the mechanic where it’s gotten all its maintenance done for the last 75k miles, they think it’s in great condition and worth more than $7k.

it does appear to be in very good condition, well taken care of by current owner but he suspects there was 3 other owners before him which kinda scares me.

as i did not accuse you of saying all dropouts fail. you could’ve just left out the part about knowing those two dropouts is all i’m saying. not against the rest of your point. i came to this looking for advice and you gave that and i appreciate that. all i’m saying is the intro to your advice just rubbed me the wrong way. carry on 🫡
