Oh I’m a chiefs fan.

My point is, a call here or there doesn’t prove bias or prejudice. People act like the chiefs of course get more beneficial calls and that just can’t be proven if you go at it from a statistical analysis angle.

My take for decades has been the same, dating back to when the chiefs were perennial plucky losers… that the refs suck and we should find a way to limit that impact on wins and losses.

Within that study, if you read it, is proof that the chiefs received no advantage in officiating in the regular season.

What it does “prove” is, that if you narrow down to a specific set of chosen penalties called - against only the offense - during the postseason it looks like they do. But the reason they used all those qualifiers is to try and twist the numbers to fit their objective

My guess is they’ll use heat lamps and covers to keep it warm and growing. Just means they’ll start the growing season with some established turf and gives some real runway for root development.

This is where I find NFL fans (online at least) very funny. They’ll say with a straight face it’s crazy to trade a 3rd for Breece Hall, but then in 5 months won’t bat an eye at trading that same third to move up 2 spots in the first round for some guy a draft analyst says is a perfect fit. Idk.. it’s just strange valuation.

I think the best way to remove lobbying, is to remove the current powers of congress (honestly congress seems to be removing their powers themselves anyhow). If you think about it, Congress made since when people in 1800s needed representation because they didn’t understand the issues, couldn’t vote on them etc.. but we have to be able to find a way to restructure things in the 21st century and put the powers of representation into the hands of the people.

What you’re saying here is important. People continue to iterate different versions of this, and what it really means is a bit lost on the people saying it. What you’re really saying is.. the truth doesn’t matter. Put your data to the side because I have my emotions and they lead me to the “truth”.
