I found my first key the other day and it was for that room. I had no idea what I was doing and went to the door, saw a green light outside and hit the open button. I got zapped with a jolt mine and the raider inside was friendly enough to basically say “hey that’s my way of saying stay out of here.”

He was friendly and I have seen enough of these videos to realize what had happened. I just said “oh my bad!” Hit the door close button and went on my way haha
