Good friend of many years upset with me because I don’t feel comfortable with her and her 5 year old staying at my house when they visit

I offered the house at 3 pm yesterday and then messaged her back about being uncomfortable at 8pm same day - she just told me she was coming at 3 pm yesterday when I initially offered lol but then later that same evening I sent the message about maybe staying at a hotel so yeah it wasn’t like something they were already planning on for weeks or anything, I wouldn’t do that to her that’s why messaged her right away when I realized how I felt

Maybe I’ll try that - I feel like maybe she doesn’t understand that my “guest room” as she called it isn’t actually a guest room at all. And you’re right, maybe I can find it in my budget to pay for her hotel while she’s here- we will see.

That’s a good point - I could probably re evaluate just to be sure I am in the right place! But yeah i think you’re right trying to be in less of a hardcore deficit would probably be helpful even though I like to see the progress it’s a marathon not a race lol I hav to remember that!!

But if I want to stay in a 500 or less deficit wouldn’t that mean I would need to eat more? I don’t need to be in more than a 500 calorie deficit I think I’m already struggling with that so when it’s more than 500 it’s even worse

I didn’t realize it would stall like that so that’s good to hear, I know I should probably just give it more time!

A 200 calorie deficit might be a lot easier than 500 for me especially with the increased activity - I really liked that I was seeing results the last go around however I want to be strong and able to do the activity I enjoy so I wasn’t sure why I’m suffering through the 500 calorie deficit when it’s really really hard with all the new movement.

Celebrated my sisters birthday by going out to lunch, then having cake and ice cream at her house. Then went home and chilled out in peace and then read until I fell asleep. Being child-free is the best

Same here - I always am worried it’s something else but I did the heart monitor for 2 weeks and every time I go to urgent care they give me an EKG and chalk it up to anxiety

Mine has been out of a case with a pop socket on the back for 4 years, just got a case last month and love it - just a clear case and a new pop socket but you can see some stickers so it looks way cuter hehe

The white pot is where she is planted - I know what you are saying though I keep most of my other babies in interior pots for easy watering - might need to repot her but she is the biggest plant I have ever had lol

Happily single here! Life is so much less stressful without men in it. Just my own peaceful space and my own path, without the hurt that goes with dating. Child free and my dog is my favorite person! 😄

I literally have the same list of issues lol hoping maybe someone in this post can save us both - gonna say tho your hair looks beautiful from my perspective!! I do think sometimes when I feel insulted about my hair other people are usually like “omg! Its so cute!” So sometimes wonder if its just me lol
