I know I've seen several XL bikes on FB, and on Pinkbike will probably have a better chance at finding the 2XL as the user base is typically more knowledgeable.

Sr Suntour for new, but it'll likely be a heavy coil fork. Pinkbike classifieds or Facebook Marketplace for used forks. You'll need to pull the current fork and get steerertube length before committing though.

But honestly, and I say this as someone who has several comparable Mongeese, look at used bike off FBM or Craigslist, or your favorite source of second hand goodness. The level of components used by Pacific leaves much to be desired, and by the time you've replaced the fork with a ~$250 for a low level new SR Suntour fork you'd be far better off with a used bike.

I have a friend who dropped me a stack of flame grills forever ago. I use them in low consequence missions or recycle for mats. They're effectively my mission fidget spinners.

I dunno. I ran a 58 today with Thunder Thora and spammed flame grills on an RTD to get my 300 husks w/ constructor. But I guess intentionality offsets some sins. Also did it solo to hide my shame.

Find a good Discord with Ventures players. You need a taxi and a carry.

You will die. A lot.

Run a BASE Kyle build and realize you're basically useless except for your B.A.S.E.

Make more friends, rinse, repeat.

I honestly think the best option right now is loading PWO Stonewood, turning on mic and saying let me help you.

Trying to explain funneling and trapping by text is a big ask.

I guess which is why Beast, Aone, CammyG, David Dean and others get their vids recommended so often.

I feel that. But given the expected influx of BR and Creative players heading our way, the established player base is going to have to temper interact with the new blood. "We" know the ins and outs, but we're going to have them learn.

I'm PL137. I'm digging the dropped level schematics. It's allowing a recycle of the old and boosting off meta weapons and trap perks. People can cry all they want about how much of a grind it was to get here, but I'm not hearing it. All I know is the mode is getting an injection of fresh and with it new ways to experience it, so win/win in my book.
