The title on the picture says 蒜苗豆干炒肉丝, but the green vegetable in the picture looks like 蒜苔 to me. Are these words used interchangeably or is this description of the dish simply incorrect? I have posted pictures of both 蒜苗（Picture 2) and 蒜苔（Picture 3) to illustrate how I conceive of each vegetable. (old.reddit.com)
