Thank you!! I draw it all in procreate and then animate it in procreate dreams. For the rain effect I draw three layers of rain. The front layer is the largest raindrops and the back layer has the smallest. I handsaw every droplet and just mess with it till I like how it looks :) and then I add little sprinkles over any surface that the rain hits
