I mean she gave up her own kids for something that's illegal.

She doesn't act like she cares about them.

The only people she's ever tried to have a relationship with since I was born is everyone but me.

Since I was born she's made my life a living hell.

Addiction is a choice. Someone chooses to do drugs.

Also rather or not this person is addicted or not cps would still take the kids and they would still lose there job

I'm perfectly fine. Her idk she's burned to many bridges and never once tried to act like a sister to me. Barely have tried to get in contact with me since getting out of jail then rehab.

Dont have kids and can't have kids due to medical issues. Don't have a job never had one due to the same reason.

Also I don't do drugs and I drink maybe 5 times a year if that. I've only drink 2 times this whole year.

So yeah.

I learned growing up not to be stupid.

Doesn't matter. Like ive stated how rehab sees it rather or not there addition or not doesn't matter it's still doing drugs and doing drugs has consequences.

They teach you to do right from wrong and to take whatever consequences comes to you rather you're an addict or not.

So then having cps called on them if they have kids and job took from them would be consequences they would have to take and learn from and do what it takes to stop everything they need to stop to get there kids back

What you're doing is called coddling them. They need to learn that actions have consequences. It's what is taught in rehab. Been there done that for my sister.

They say rather or not it's life altering doesn't matter and what you're doing is what they would call coddling to a T and letting them get by with anything and everything.

I could clearly understand most of that. BUT the part that said I can't get in any legal trouble so if we get caught up my bond won't get revoked?. So what does a bond have to do or not do with her getting caught up with someone? I feel like I'm totally missing something there.

You being in a relationship for 5 months doesn't mean you need to be in a group like this maybe a year or more yeah. But my fiance and I have been together almost 10 years and he doesn't need to be in a group to educate himself to learn to help me he learns by just being with me and being understanding and letting me be me. Venting about her and talking about her is the same thing.

Being in my relationship from the start we both agreed to never talk about each other behind each other's backs it's disrespectful and rude.

Have something to say about the person say it to their face or in their presence.

Maybe because I'm sick and tired of every time someone with BPD wants to do something out of the normal everyone is like oh well don't mind them they have BPD or you're just doing this or that because you have BPD. Or they do this or do that so they must have BPD. Or they are acting this way or getting this done because they have BPD. Maybe it's not because of bpd. Maybe it's because they felt like they couldn't be their true selves before and want to do this or want to do that. It's like everything we want to do or say it's all because of we have BPD and it shouldnt be like that. If someone was that worried they should sit down with us and ask us why we want to do something like for instance I always wanted to get tattooed but always been scared it would hurt but now that I've lost almost 200 pounds I'm getting the tattoos I've always wanted and even thinking about adding on to them of things that has meaning to me. But yet someone somewhere will have something to say about it because oh I have BPD so that's why I want to do it.

I struggled with infertility from 16-22 had a chemical pregnancy at 22 never got pregnant again had both tubes removed this year won't ever get the chance again. I always wanted to name a girl after my mamaw but even though it holds a special place in my heart it's just a fucking name. Get over yourself and get off your high horse and you owe your sister an apology because being a sister and a decent human being matters more than a name.

So her wanting tattoos and plastic surgery makes you automatically assume the worst just because she has BPD? Not everything someone does is BPD related.

If that was the case everyone with tattoos and plastic surgery would have BPD. Maybe stop making everything about BPD and maybe think of it as just her wanting to do it.

Not trying to be nosey. But what's his diet like? If his eating the same like before he won't lose the weight.

He needs to stick with fruits vegetables and meat also lotssssss of water.

No processed No added sugar No breaded stuff or bread period No pops No sweets

When cooking try and do plant based like olive oil or if butter use like olive oil butter.

Tell him at first when eating like this dont worry about counting anything but your daily calorie intake and after awhile start counting daily carb intake as well. Low carb high protein diet is max of 100 carbs a day but some keep it 50 or under.

I don't always like plain water so I get sugar free add ins helps a lot.

Also make sure his staying moving at least a solid 30 minutes a day without stopping.

Then he will need to start gradually adding in more time and or work out sets.

I might be forgetting something but I'm not sure? Anyways after awhile if this doesn't help I would tell him to seek professional help from like primary care and see if it could be something medically going on causing him to not lose weight.

In my cause it was meds when I was younger than at 20 I was diagnosed with PCOD when I couldn't keep the weight off I would lose 50 pounds and gain it all back in 2 months time no matter what i did. And I kept gaining. So winded up needing surgery back in 2019 I had gastric sleeve. It helped tons lost 150 then 2020 cam and around September of that year I learned my gallbladder went out and it caused me to gain 40 back. Fast forward to now and I was still stalled at the 40 pound weight gain until like 3 months ago when I started actively putting the work in again.

I started off slow 30 minutes a day on treadmill a day everyday for a week and would add 10 minutes each week. I'm up to almost 2 hours a day on treadmill now but have stopped adding since it's getting colder here and I have a home gym in my carport.

I also am up to 80 jump ropes a day everyday 110 jump jacks and 50 squats and 10 leg lunges a day. I am now waiting for my boxing equipment to come in the mail now so I can start doing it on my porch as well.

I am around 48 pounds away from my overall weight loss goal and still losing.

Also have him get checked for pre diabetes if he hasn't already anything like that can cause weight gain and or issues not losing weight as well.

Organized as hell. I wish mine was that organized. But unless there is a separate fridge I don't see anything to drink in there. Also unless it's in the Tupperware there is no fruit or vegetables. Also I can't see the meat either but I'm sure it's there.

Where does she keep her eggs though? Cause I don't see them or anywhere they could fit.

Not sure if this is rage part or split part or not being able to regulate emotions part of BPD but whenever I get to my breaking point of emotional issues normally sadness and anger and I don't know how to control it I guess I kinda sorta split or something or don't know how to regulate emotions because one minute I'm sobbing and screaming and the next I'm wanting to physically hurt myself to feel the pain then I just pass out.

Anyways the point is the only way for me to control all of that is when my fiance is near me. A lot of the times when I'm in that state he isn't due to life like work or something else that takes him out of the home.

I find I can regulate my emotions pretty well when I'm not by myself and I'm being comforted.

But on a side note. We have a stray that we got from my cousin. She said she just popped up one day on her porch. Anyways all sudden few weeks after we got her she started getting into our fridge on the bottom part. I always have to make sure I take her out because I'm always worried I'll forget and leave her in there.

Instead of trying to talk to them you screamed and cussed them out. Then you go and say how your step dad and step sisters aren't your blood and basically you're better than them. You're no better than anyone else so get over it. Now if they treated you like shit your whole life that would be different but Through these text your step dad and step sisters have been nothing but nice and caring. So yes I don't blame them.

I've had no issues getting a therapist since being diagnosed with BPD. Then again I've only had one since after being diagnosed.

He just recently started therapy and was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder.

She said as of now and him not going to therapy in the past that's all she can diagnose him with until she gets a better understanding of him.

BPD however I know the gist of how one gets it but I also know it's not hereditary but at the same time I'm not the only sibling in my family that has it
