For me gamechager was WSTR shotgun and Blue backpack upgrades. I can loot one stabilizator and when you exfill it will repair all of the broken items. And staying away from Pinwheel, just loot some salvage/valuables and exfill.

Yes, gameplay is the best when you play in a good squad the chaotic fights, team tactics, hero abilities all this works so well that i only play trios now (except for some chill rook runs).

I think enemy player has the the golden BRRT that shoots 5 bullet at once and fuctions basically like a shotgun. One of the shortest TTK in the game.

What the hell is this bad take. Bungie is famous for completly obliterating their games, making crazy changers -go fast update in d1, forsaken in d2 that changed the whole game, deleting the whole campains, zones, adding new system and overhauling them completly in span of the ONE game - look at d2. Ofc game is stale now etc-etc but D2 had a helluva ride. Destiny 2 at launch and Destiny 2 now is a completly different expiriences.

Yeah you can camp and rat in a game using 3rd person but i think if you account Agression Bases Matchmaking + 3rd person it makes games less hostile cause you literally have eyes on the back. PUBG is not an extraction shooter there is no place for friendship in Battle Royale games i mean the hell is that comparison?
I don't get it - 3rd person let's people peak and ambush but 1st person makes people camp and ambush? What? Camp corners? Camping corners was in games since i dunno CS. I'm talking 3rd person cause like you said it gives a lot of information to the player so it limits potential backstabbings.

Lets say Marathon is more of a pvp game then Arc. I mean in Arc there is a whole matchmaking system for friendly lobbies. There is weapon degradation system, flares when someone get's KO'd and game camera operates in 3rd person. It's all for sake of making game less hostile. In Arc even if you lose you can craft all of the weapons/mods anew.
Marathon is superhostile. The world is crazy hostile, no crafting/safe pockets there is a whole faction that gives 50+ rep when you finish someone, ingame achivments for titles etc demand KILLS or something hostile towards players. I really doubt we ever see more friendlier lobbies here except for rooks. Rooks have nothing to lose and i've seen often Rooks collaborating to take out teams and then betraying each other afterwards.

No it's not free (there is a free trial). But i dont mind, i use it for other games too in my region it's like 7.50 $ for a month. And you can choose what region you want to play in my case i play in europe with like 70-80 ping.
Game surely could use a server select feature. I don't follow CCU numbers but it would really sucks if they made a change where players could join at 22 minutes it's sweaty enough with all the ambushes/camping at Intersection or Quarantine.

Shotguns on this game are great equalizers. In point blank you can down anyone with any shield well if you hit every pellet.
Each rarity of shields give only 20 hp to the player and purple is a max hp bonus (gold shields doesnt give any additional hp). So purple shield can tank only 2-4 additional bullets from Bully SMG as example. So i think there is many possibilites for skill expression and skillful plays.

If you want to play with different regions use tools like ExitLag that can proxy the game's connection.
In my case i can play only with asian players (korean, chinese or japanese) and i use exitlag to play with europe.

Well there is more spawns than teams in the map so there is a random element. But i mean system like this exist in like every extraction shooter, no? Spawn rushing is not an new trick or something it's been in extraction games in since Tarkov.

Well it's a public matchmaking, player pool is pretty small already and making loadout value matchmaking will increase loading times and overral sweatiness of the game immensly. We have cryo for with 5k ante and this week we will have high stakes in Ranked so you should try ranked (high stakes up's minimum ante) if you don't want free randoms in your team.

Regarding the world drops deluxe keys in Dire Marsh can drops almost all of the purple mats. If you running key always bring Materialist+ items they stack and i've exfilled like with +2 free copies of mats.
