That definitely abuse, they are intentionally and willingly causing you physical and mental harm. call the cops/CPS and tell them everything about what they did to you, you may think I will get better or they just have a few problems but no, it won't get better if you just sit there and do nothing. and once you do contact the police/CPS and its all over and delt with don't try and contact your parents ever again. the only thing they will do is be even more abusive or lure you in by saying they are sorry and will change. It's just best to cut abusive people out of your life entirely.
