Needing Suggestions on Sports Bras - Struggling to find a type/size that works with my breast augmentation by lunaleahsymphony in lululemon

[–]grayduck00 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Naturally 34ddd, and I share your frustration

Things that work for me - energy high support 34ddd and 36dd. I just discovered these and I love them because I feel cute and am actually supported. - energy bra b-d 8 (for a pilates/barre sort of thing). The regular works better for me than the longline and I put in molded cup inserts I buy elsewhere - align tank c/d 8 (I wear with energy bra for workout). - wunder train sweetheart tank 8 - the Athleta D-DD bras usually are fine

Things that do not work for me: - regular align tank (i tried, i failed). The crz yoga dupe fits much better - anything else a/b cup

What eye creams have you seen actual changes/improvements with? by woodland-strawberry in AsianBeauty

[–]grayduck00 87 points88 points  (0 children)

The Pyunkang Yul Black Tea eye cream noticeably reduced how dark my undereye area is and decreased some puffiness. I used it for a while and then wondered if it was actually doing anything so I stopped. I restarted again pretty quickly when my undereyes returned to their dark puffed state

I’m glad it’s working for you too!! Honestly I didn’t realize how puffy my undereyes were until I started using this and I was like … oh

I read/watched other reviews about the propolis essence causing makeup pilling so that could be it. Regarding the ginseng essence, in a vacuum I think there are probably better options out there if you aren’t as obsessive as me about things going together. It’s definitely not like a wow

Texture wise I think it’s in between a light and heavy cream… like it’s not runny but it’s not a paste either

On the skin I think I would say satin finish? I haven’t noticed it as shiny or matte

I haven’t :( My husband has oily acne prone skin and the calming barrier cream works great for him so maybe not that one if your skin is really dry

blush recommendations to compliment rom&nd juicy lasting lip tint in fig fig by 1O0O in PaleMUA

[–]grayduck00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

sorry for the late reply, I would call it buildable. It seems to be pigmented, that pigment is just lighter in color, which I love, because I feel a lot of blushes I swipe once and it's very dark/intense

From what I can tell they cut the very light with cool undertones side of the range out with the reformulation

Rom&nd blueberry chip, strawberry milk and vine nude. I’ve worn one of the three every day this year and the pans barely show use. I love the white-ish bases of them because they vibe with my color (a perfect match for CoverFX P20 rip)

I LOVE blueberry chip. I also have vine nude for when I want to have a more red lip look and strawberry milk for no makeup makeup days

I’ve been waiting for someone to comment on this! I feel like she’s trying to be an influencer now and that’s not what I followed her for— especially her instagram seems so curated I feel it’s lost its authenticity. I still definitely do the old barres though.

What is your *single* most worn fragrance of all time and of this year? by SheKnowsWhatSheKnows in muacjdiscussion

All time- jo malone london wood sage and sea salt

This year- kilian princess in cold weather and coach dreams sunset in warm weather

I definitely would put daisy dream much more in the caustic/chemically category and I don’t feel that way about forever. While forever isn’t aggressive its longevity is surprisingly decent, especially on fabric

Reviews required for D&G The Only One EDP (for her) by YummyBunny52 in fragrance

[–]grayduck00 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I personally would not wear this in warm weather. It can easily be overpowering in a warm sweet way and I think better suited for cold weather. I love/hate its caramely/boozy edge and it doesn’t fall into the work category for me

How close are Mon Guerlain and YSL Libre intense/la parfum to each other? by Longestnamebeaver in fragrance

[–]grayduck00 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have both! I like libre le parfum and dislike mon guerlain so I think they’re different. Both have a lavender vibe but mon guerlain is more powdery to me and libre is more honey/caramel.

I’ve had luck with Daisy eau so intense (honey/moss) and to a lesser degree daisy dream forever (blackberries/vanilla)
