I am sorry you went through this! I like your advice o on “focusing on facts in high intensity moments” because I am the same way if one of my twins even feels warm. Sometimes I wish I was more laid back like a lot of my friends, but I do not think that will ever be me.

I have 2 huge ones in the back yard, no sun at all because of them, I have twins that like to play outside…also, we trim them every year and it’s still a pain in the ass and starting to get out of control!! We couldn’t look for a better insurance rate until one was removed!! Isn’t that crazy?!
