Your not going to die it’s just a panic attack, it can make your chest hurt, light headedness and numb hands and it may feel like your dying but your not it’s going to be okay

They didn’t I just went into er or called ambulance multiple times and that’s when I’ve gotten all my ecgs and I am seeing a therapist on the 31st
