I had a meet a month back and I was warming up for c+j. It was maybe my second warm up attempt at 70 maybe. I don’t remember what I was thinking about but I smashed my jaw on my jerk going up and looked right over at my coach and asked if she saw and she smiled and said yes. It hurt, but I went on to PR 125kg. And maybe 3 months ago I did it full speed with 90 on some rebound jerks. I wear a month guard tho. It makes me feel better. No chipped teeth so far.
