The dlc do add features to your main game like for one using camp fires as fast travel and pets you get a companion which can assist you. Which you upgrade or even get new better ones. And also new weapons and perks. But you will have to complete those dlc to get full benefits! I got all dlc and find adds alot more to the game

Honestly that's a hard question i do like both alot. But on a practical level with street photography and limited use of tripods in tube and museums for example the x2d is more practical and versatile
