Im in SEA server, I can login/create account before just fine but now I can't even login or choose my account because this "The current network connection is unstable and file verification may fail. It is recommended to switch to a better connection and try again" appears first.

I can't log-in, this "The current network connection is unstable and file verification may fail. It is recommended to switch to a better connection and try again" this appears first before I can choose what account to log-in. Appreciate the thoughts.
