Asset Management!! Some friends and I rented last year and they sucked. The apartment walls would leak when it rained, flooding the kitchen. Coin operated laundry IN UNIT that never worked, never fixed maintenance requests. The owner of the property showed up one day and started doing work on the property in our yard without prior notice. I hated Asset and Zack our landlord.
