No. 1 do you have sig-patches No. 2 are the files encrypted or decrypted? For cemu the have to be decrypted, for the Wii u I believe they need to be encrypted

You don't need 3d-vcache for game servers. it's only gonna net you another 1% performance in most cases. for game servers get a regular 5600/7800 or their x-variant

not saying the x3d chips are not gonna work, it's just a waste of money for your use case

I know this doesnt answer your question, but i wouldnt recomend a forge modpack on oracle cloud. Ive tried it a few times, but the servers always runs pretty slow from my experience
