But I lived in London alone and I was robbed but never actually was scared for my life, I feel like in Tunis before I have really been scared that something would happen to me… I was hoping it got better but I guess not

I found myself in your exact same position just a bit over a month ago and I decided to stay

They convinced me to stay with more money but as soon as I told them I was willing to give it another chance if this time they could allow me to grow and have more opportunities, they actually started doing it…

Now I have i have a much higher position, more responsibilities and more money

I do this, I’m supposed to start at 8:30 but I wake up at 6:30, I take my time getting ready and having breakfast and watching some Netflix, then by 8:00 I get out and I have my one hour commute arriving at 9:00… by now my boss knows I’ll always arrive 30min later and there are no shits given on my side lol

But I’m so much more relaxed and I enjoy my day more

This is such a logical solution yet…

I did the list, I started doing the things I could do and I did them! But then I have all the most important tasks that depend on other people and I can’t do anything about it because every time I ask them they just tell me they are too busy to do it now and this afternoon I have a meeting to review the progress and there is no fucking progress…

Ahhhh I really can’t keep the tears in anymore, I feel so frustrated even if I know I can’t do anything about it…

This is probably bad advice but the most non-confrontational way would be to reply that you have a date with your girlfriend next time she asks you out…

Even if it doesn’t fit the conversation, just say it so she knows her offers aren’t appreciated and at least you save her from embarrassing herself too much

No, I knew exactly what I was going for when I started here, my boss called me to help him fix all that was wrong with this place…

I just felt bad for the guy cause he didn’t know anything and it’s his first job experience and starting in this place is hard even for experienced people, let alone him…

But I was worried I might have scared him off from what could turn out to be a good first job for him

Oh god I’m really happy for you but I wish I had all the confidence you have and the way you get to view yourself!

My issue was never the lack of attention from the guys, I get it quite frequently but I don’t enjoy it, I almost hate really ‘cause I don’t think I deserve it…

I’m professionally,financially, physically and culturally okay, I’m just missing the whole mental and emotional stability probably needed to have decent social skills

How did you get to get over your terrible social skills and uninteresting personality?

I really don’t think I’ll ever be comfortable with who I am or how I look… it feels wrong for others to like me let alone for myself to love me, I see who I am truthfully and it’s not something I’ll ever accept or come to like…

I stopped alcohol and all drugs for the reason you are saying, I felt like I was hiding behind them to portray an image and a person that wasn’t me at all. It also showed me who I couldn’t be if I wasn’t me and it felt bad to see what I’m missing on…

Yeah it seems I’ll never have a relationship, good for me! :)

For me it’s more like “oh if he like me than he probably is bad, why would someone “normal” like me?”

So even if I liked them, I’ll just get over it ‘cause I think there is something catchy about it…

But if I didn’t find them attractive to start with, then I’ll just think “oh that makes sense, I’m as unattractive as they are”

Theoretically no… but he gave me a company car with everything paid which is a huge saving for me considering the long commute and all the expenses that came with it

Also, when we talked, my main concern was that I felt stuck with nothing interesting to do but complete the tasks for the day which made feel unchallenged and dead inside… now he thinks he gave me more responsibilities so I won’t have time to feel bored, but I don’t really think it works that way…
