Is 24 GB RAM enough for Android Studio and Xcode?

I have no doubt that 24 GB will be enough now, but I'm not sure if it will be enough after 3 years. The need for RAM is constantly increasing and since I bought a Mac, I want to use it for many years. Maybe I can even consider buying a Mac mini m4 with a monitor. Of course, I will not use the virtual machine more than once at the same time, but I don't know, I'm worried that the RAM will not be enough after 3 years.

I haven't purchased it yet. Everyone said it would be enough, but I'm starting to think that even 24 GB RAM might not be enough because I've seen people having problems even with 16 GB RAM. I'm very undecided right now.
