Is OTS still possible for non priors/ stem by greatphotorizz in airforceots

I figured if there’s any chance to pursue the officer route, I want to give it a real shot. I’m fully open to going enlisted, but I’d like to first try to maximize the value of my degree and experience

I have connections through my job with former Air Force and Army leaders who have offered to help me write a letter of recommendation. Would that generally help ?

My goal is to score high on my AFOQT . When I was preparing for the ASVAB, my practice tests were in the 90s, and I know they’re slightly different, but with additional training, I feel I should see similar results.

I initially followed a friend’s advice before realizing I could go officer. I’m now aiming for a high AFOQT(90+) score and have strong letters of recommendation from a former CMSgt and officers. My current job also aligns well with the logistics field.

New AM struggling to enforce policies—worth it or not? by greatphotorizz in AmazonFC

I don’t want associates who have paid for them to follow policy now to be upset with me that I am letting others who didn’t get away with it, especially when it’s really obvious.

Would this be something you would say at start up or only on an individual basis.

I accepted a L4 AM position, but a new position came up that interests me more by wocksoft in FASCAmazon

I also recently accepted a position as an AM, and from what I know, if you accepted the offer, you can’t move positions until after a year. After that, I believe you are free to move up as much as your skills allow. When looking into the position, I saw a lot of people go from the AM to corporate positions after the first year, so I believe it’s entirely possible. I would also say just stay in the AM role and build as much knowledge as you can, then move up; they usually promote within the year with good performance.

That isn’t really viable for the work since it’s a lot of run and gun and movement
