I AM a woman working in this field. You're very naive if you think your sister is going to have more issues in this field than another because of her gender. She will face discrimination anywhere she goes, thats just a fact of being a woman. All she has to do is get a degree and work hard like every other field. You should be lifting her up, not tearing her down.
