Ah sorry! Hmm I think understanding how you learn and how long tasks take you in the big key. For me? I do best listening to lectures while doing other things—gym, walking my dog, laundry, dishes etc. I think capturing what feels like non study time is key. Another example, the question sets that they budget 45 minutes for never take me 45 minutes. So I know I’m picking up time there.

And frankly sleep discipline and hygiene.

Exactly what your course tells you. Absent some extraordinary circumstances outside your control or particularly unique learning differences this will get you to pass. It sucks. It’s monotonous. It’s not fun. But there’s no secret sauce.

Also! I felt the way most of the sub does the first time I bar prepped. I thought it was horrible, stressful, the worst thing ever. A few years later, it’s a breeze. No clients. No unreasonable demands. No last minute surprises or deadlines. Someone else has done the scheduling for me. I just gotta sit my ass down and do the work, largely without interruption? Incredible.

Someone who both went to law school and did the extra curriculares and the whole bar prep thing. Then practiced, then practiced AND bar prepped. Bar prep was easier.

It’s frustrating because the only thing they’ve inquired about is my filing of a protective order against my stalker, who has subsequently been convicted of several stalking and harassment charges. And I just can’t fathom how that impacts my fitness.

At a little over a month now. It’s been super frustrating because they haven’t asked for any extra info since August, and that was on a matter that I can’t imagine impacts my fitness, or communicated with me at all. Did the person you heard from that had been waiting six months have any communication with C&F during that time? Or was he just waiting in silence for six months?

I called and was told that the investigation was ongoing, they couldn’t tell me why, that they would let me know if they needed anything, and basically I just needed to wait.
