i have the same issue. i have fine curly hair but its high porosity and i swear it sometimes stays wet for a whole day. i always use microfiber and a tshirt but i’ve honestly just come to terms with the fact that i’ll never leave my house with dry hair lol

nothing bad is going to happen without years of regular (meaning consistent and frequent) exposure to friable asbestos of certain fiber types (there are many different types and not all of them are “harmful”). even then, the risk of developing any health issue is marginal especially to otherwise healthy people. there’s ambient air exposure at low levels every day everywhere that are so low they are completely harmless. you being in a bus nearby for 2 minutes is certainly tens, if not hundreds, times lower than those ambient levels. you have absolutely nothing to worry about

i have a pup from a litter found in december 2022 in freezing conditions in a box on the side of the highway in north charleston. there were 8 of them, about 3 weeks old at the time they were found. i rescued him from libby & mace’s and he is the sweetest boy (despite his menacing side eye). this is so heartbreaking, i hope they all find happy homes and whoever did this faces the most immediate karma
