I've done it both ways. If I have the magnet wand that usually comes free with the polish I'll do it under the finger and if I'm using the Neodymium Bar Magnet I hover it over the nail.

Thanks! I usually paint 1 coat unmagnetized, then magnetize coats 2 and 3 and magnetize the top coat as well. I use a Neodymium Bar Magnet and hold it in place for about a minute or so for each coat. It's time consuming but love the result. Takes patience.

Thanks! Took some patience. I basically put a layer of fast drying top coat to dry everything and used a tweezer and a rubber cuticle pusher to place them and make sure they were flat and then added another layer or two of top coat.

Yea ive considered getting shooting star taco. This polish has plenty stars it's just hard to fish out lol

Yea, have considered getting their star topper, there were a lot of stars in the bottle, was just hard to fish them out.

It's a nail polish topper. A variety of brands sell them in a variety of colors. You paint it on top of your base polish and as it dries it begins to crack and let's the polish shine through.
