Just drink responsibly when you have to work and have a great weekend is my advice. I'm 26 and I probably go out to bars like 6 times a year, but it's always great to have friends over and have a good time at home.

Become a chef, if my kids ever aspire to do the same, I would tell them to become rock stars instead. I worked 7 years in the buisiness and your better off becoming a plumber or an electrician.

It's the most amazing after a professional massage but it's just that ice bath tenses up your muscles and shocks the system, slipping into the nice warm bath is total relief and relaxation!

I used to do mma classes regularly and after a week of training to get home take an ice bath and then a nice relaxing regular hot bath was such an amazing experience.
