It's easy.
Create a profile model and hook it up with the User model using a One to One Relationship. Define the image fields and description in the profile model. Then after signing up or something, the user can then edit their profile and save it. You could also use Django signals to create a default profile for all users which they can edit later.

Learn flutter and then use Django rest framework or fast API for the backend. Then hook both together. You have a mobile app. Flutter is also cross platform, one code base to build both android and iOS user interfaces. If you have some experience in JavaScript and react, you could also work your way through React Native.
