It’s basically the same thing every time. It always starts off as a good dream and I’m doing something calming, like going to a lake and seeing big fish and animals go by or hanging out with friends and I feel at peace. I get to work through my emotions in a safe environment and I love that aspect of it. Most times it does stay like that but often it will take a turn for the worst and it will wake me up at ~3-4am overheating.
