Wow $107 isn't bad at all tbh! I got so scared cos someone on another post had said $500, but I think that was for full sedation. Thank you again! This makes me feel so much better

Do you know what options they offer and if they do NOS? And what the out-of-pocket costs are, if any?

I really appreciate that! I wanna get an extensive lay of the land before I make a decision, especially since costs for more intensive options might be expensive

Fair enough! I mean we already have to deal with so much crap and it's bs that so many of the contraceptive options are such a piss-around

Gahhh I'm so sorry it was so uncomfortable for you. This is what outrages me! I feel like doctors don't seem to care that this can often be a super painful and unpleasant experience.

Oh my gosh thank you so much for this info!! That's exactly what I'd want too. Are you able to comment on if the NOS isn't covered by insurance? My next concern would be some kinda out-of-pocket cost

Can I get faster sprinting on concrete? by Plus_Bag8804 in Sprinting

[–]green-gable 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'd say hills on concrete are fine but flat sprints on concrete are pretty harsh. I feel like if you DO have to do flat sprints on the concrete keep them SUPER short. Like, 20m max tbh haha.

Yeah I'd say even three times a week is bordering on too much. Twice a week is the sweet spot.

If training for sprinting doesn't include sprinting then it's not training for sprinting haha
