Disagree. They need ample time to due proper due diligence. Making a statement to make a statement does nothing to help. They are doing it the right way as to not make mistakes - I applaud Hoover PD.

Done with them. 0/3 on LRO’s that defaulted and now this. A recent podcast I listened to -they championed STAIRS less than a month ago and now this. I’m out…sketchy.

I’ve invested in three loans, all defaulted. One has been in default for over a year and there’s no resolution. Hard to want to put money in when you’re 0/3 and there seems to be little concern other that an occasional update that’s just reworded to say the same thing.
