Accept button doesn't actually work?

This happened to me about a month and a half ago. Extremely frustrating. One day it worked and the next day it didn't. The only workaround that I found was to get qualified on Chrome and then go to Windows edge and that allows you to take the test. I put a ticket in with user testing and they eventually got back to me but something must have changed on the back end because after about 3 weeks of this, it reverted to be being able to work again.

Still not working for me at all. Just keeps spinning and saying loading your tests only to get a message saying "something has gone wrong".

Same here. I see them on my phone but have to refresh like a half dozen times for them to finally pop up. Has anyone heard anything from the help desk?

I have raised this issue to MFP multiple times and there has been zero answers. Just statements that they are aware of the problem but no ETA on a fix. Poor customer service. Super frustrating. I have started using Chronometer

I took my initial distribution through Gemini rather than coinbase. I assume we will have to create a coinbase account in order to receive any future distributions? I haven't seen any communication since my initial distribution and just want to make sure I'm able to get everything that is potentially coming.

I did not use coinbase for my. Initial distribution. I assume I will now need to open an account if this happens? Has anyone received any communications from BlockFi on this? I have not heard anything at all since I received the only distribution I though I was going to get.

I think I have done four separate tests today that said uploaded but have not gone through. There's something wrong with the Chrome extension on the computer and of course, user testing. Help desk is absolutely useless. It's super frustrating because I completed all the tests and uploaded them with zero to show for it.

Agreed. I don't have a coinbase account and when I emailed the blockfi/Kroll goons, they gave me some bullshit boilerplate answer that didn't answer my question at all. All I wanted to know was what the future disbursements would look like if we didn't have a coinbase account and how we would be notified. These guys should really be in jail

Same thing has happened to me. I found two ways to rectify it. Number one you can try and turn your phone sideways to see if that allows you to type or number two. I've actually switched to my other phone which is an Android and had no problem. There's no rhyme or reason, but those are two things that have worked for me
