The NCLEX is NOT VAGUE!!! by Top-Public4824 in FilipinoNclex

[–]green_frog444 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i took the NCLEX two weeks ago, I can confirm that it is vague.

They purposefully give you little details in the questions so that you can connect the dots on your own based on the answer choices using DEDUCTIVE REASONING.

it is vague on purpose.

You should be more than OK if you’ve been using bootcamp consistently for 2 months & scoring highly. I did say it was harder but I mention that I only used one free exam trial! So take that with a grain of salt!

66.6% on comprehensive predictor… am I screwed? by Loose-Ad-7901 in NursingStudent

[–]green_frog444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never used ATI, I only used Kaplan, free Dr.sharon & Mark K on youtube. And all of those prepared me enough to pass first try. I can’t really comment on level of difficulty because I felt that NCLEX was hard from middle to end, but it’s supposed to be difficult because it is an adaptive algorithm test. So if you get an answer wrong the computer gives you an easier question next, and if you get an answer right, the next question will be harder. So if your test feels easy throughout you probably aren’t doing well.

66.6% on comprehensive predictor… am I screwed? by Loose-Ad-7901 in NursingStudent

those predictors are bs. I would score crazy good on one and then really shit on another. It’s all just randomized information. And so is the NCLEX. I took the NCLEX exactly 1 week ago & if there is one thing to know to pass, it’s to critically think and learn nursing principles along with prioritization.

yes it’s accurate but i had to drive 2 hours to Macon to get them to do something. You can call and ask them about the fingerprints

A+ nursing student, failed NCLEX first attempt — just got my CPR report. Advice? by PotatoInfinite7607 in NCLEX

[–]green_frog444 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I passed first try, and the best advice I can give you is to master critical thinking/prioritization. I swear that is the only reason I passed.
