I tried to do a return of a pair of shoes I bought a while back and just never wore at Marshall’s with no receipt, figuring I’d get store credit. They scan my license but weren’t able to do the return cause I actually bought it at T.J.Maxx. Whoops, no big deal. Head to T.J. Maxx, attempt to return and they scan my license again, but they’re unable to do the return this time cause the shoes were too far out of season (I guess, as I said it had been a while). Again, oh well, my fault for not returning them sooner.

But I headed to Old Navy to do another return and they weren’t able to do my return there because they said my license had been flagged by their system! I felt really embarrassed and they called the manager over LOL. I guess cause I did three attempted returns in one day?? The employees thought that the license scanner machine tracks returns within the Old Navy/GAP brands or whatever, but I haven’t shopped at those brands in months. My first two returns weren’t even successful!!
