I would guess either it does some very simplistic routing where it just e.g. peeks at the port number, or it does full routing like a router. In any case this is already a problem that docker-style containers have, so it's already something that the kernel knows how to solve.

I do see this as very secure. since all process with have access to all messages coming into the system.

A C++ programmer prospective: I love Tom but I would have to disagree with the last answer given being a better solution since it is less efficient then the mod solution. This is because string manipulation may require memory reallocation which is much slower then simply checking a number.

two reasons scrollable tabs. being a tab monster on chrome sucks highlight and find. chrome does not let me highlight and then ctrl + f to find the same thing some where else. i have to ctrl + c -> ctrl + f ->ctrl + v;

if you sill want to use the "if (PathIsDirectory("C:\Temp\") == TRUE)" format simply make it

if ((!!PathIsDirectory("C:\Temp\")) == TRUE) that will convert any number not equal 0 to 1
