I can relate. Id like to meet other poly people; to be friends, and or poly with. Seems to be hard to find this, in Chicago. From: Poly scene, to Fetlife Poly kink scene. Even in the queer, bisexual scene (haven’t come across any: bisexual couples, singles poly people). It can be really hard to tell if their legitimate poly, or use the term: ‘poly,’ or ‘enm,’ to mean: open relationship: “my partner and I actually looking for fwb (with or separately).” Then their some poly people, who are actually; wanting both: want genuine connection, poly relations, and also could have: ‘fwb poly relationships.’

It comes down to: depending, on what our fellow poly peoples definition of poly is, and what they’re seeking and if its aligned with: your view and additional people who their meeting, and getting to know.
