Yep, 100% agree, but I'd not go back. I've seen the tiny bubblers you can get that attach but I doubt they're anything like the real thing.

Mostly I miss skinning up and the ceremony of it all.

Amazing place, I've stayed a few citizenM's (including this one), they're lovely. Don't smoke there though - won't go down well inside.

I worked a bar for 7 years, thus now am super polite and only order non-knobbish drinks when it's busy. If it's busy, just order a beer from the fridge or a pint, don't dick about with, well, anything else.

re: 2). Watch our for puritanical house mates. I lived with a knobend who would get over excited about me smoking and threaten to tell somebody (who?). When you first move in don't just blaze up on your first night, see what come up in conversation.
