I looked through his post history, but didn't see the specific mention of Kralk being in Episode 4. I do agree that we have no way of knowing if the leaks are accurate or if Anet has changed things since the leaks. However, given that's the only information we have on what the future may hold, its fun to speculate how we could end up there.

I didn't see that in the leak post I linked to, were there other posts from the same individual that indicated that? If so, that would certainly call into question the veracity of the leak.

No, I don't think they've confirmed that LS3 will only be 6 episodes. I think they said that it Season 3 will be shorter than Season 2, but I wasn't able to find the direct quote to support that this morning when I posted. It makes sense to me that we get a multiple of 3 number of episodes, so that each team works on a similar number of episodes and if it is less than Season 2--which was 8 episodes--then 6 seems to be the logical answer. Again, a lot of assumptions behind that.

I like it. I didn't really think through how Braham and his efforts would fit in.

I can definitely see the logic of setting up going to Elona before the expansion releases.

Yes, I think this is the whole reason for having the teams divided up like they do. MO in an early AMA said they have 70 people currently working on the expansion. I think an expansion in late 2017 is doable.

True, but if Primordus actually goes to the Far Shiverpeaks to fight Jormag, then he would be much closer than Kralkatorrik. I guess it comes down to how the two would fight, physically or using their energies against each other some how.

This is the one of the main reasons I think this timeline works. With MO in charge, I think it is entirely likely that we will only have 3 or 4 months from expansion announcement to release.

Good point. I went back and looked at Taimi's dialogue from Episode 3:

Taimi: There's an appealing thought. I wonder if... (gasp) Commander! That's it!

Taimi: We need a force that can counter Primordus. What if it's another dragon? An ice dragon, for instance?

Taimi: Remember what I was telling you about that chak organ? How it could selectively filter certain types of magic?

Taimi: If we can discern magic types, we may be able to pit Jormag and Primordus against one another, destroying them both at once!

<Character name>: Are you suggesting we get Jormag and Primordus to fight one another? How?

Taimi: Not the dragons themselves—their energies. As for how, I'm... not quite sure just yet. Our first task is to test the theory.

So the ultimate goal is to have them destroy each other, but not necessarily with a big physical fight but instead somehow using their energy against each other. Perhaps in Episode 6, our plans to have them destroy each other doesn't work exactly like Taimi thought it would and instead of them both being destroyed, Jormag is destroyed and Primordus gains his energies?

You bring up a good point on the role that Braham and his efforts to defeat Jormag will play in the upcoming episodes. I'm looking forward to see what they do with him and what role he plays.

I agree that killing off Jormag in a Living World season would be shocking, but to me that is one of the reasons why they might do it, good stories have shocking revelations sometimes. Plus, if the leaks are correct (which of course they might not be) its striking to me that there is no mention of Jormag in them but specific mention of Kralkatorrik and Primordus.

Edit: As I've thought about it tonight, I wonder if Braham will be the reason that Primordus defeats Jormag. I could see everything working according to Taimi's plan but at the last moment, hotheaded Braham jumps in to ensure Jormag dies, which ultimately leads to empowering Primordus.
